Full- or part-time (from 25h)Vienna (1150)

You independently look after a fixed portfolio of clients – from ongoing bookkeeping through to the trial balance.

Your tasks

Ongoing bookkeeping and account assignment
Advance VAT returns and filings with the tax office
Point of contact for clients on accounting matters

Your profile

Completed Matura and accountant (Buchhalter) exam, or close to it
Several years of experience in a firm is an advantage
Confident with BMD NTCS or similar
Accuracy, discretion and team spirit

Payroll Specialist / Personalverrechnung (m/f/d)

Part- or full-timeVienna (1150)

You are responsible for the monthly payroll for our clients and the first point of contact for all HR-related questions.

Your tasks

Monthly wage and salary accounting
Registrations/deregistrations and official filings (ÖGK, tax office)
Advising clients on labour and social-security matters
Maintaining employee master data

Your profile

Completed payroll-specialist (Personalverrechner) training
Professional experience in payroll
Knowledge of BMD is an advantage
Precise, reliable and discreet way of working

Preparation of annual financial statements
Advance VAT returns and filings with the tax office

Your profile

Completed certified-accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) exam, or close to it
Several years of experience in a firm is an advantage
Confident with BMD NTCS or similar
Accuracy, discretion and team spirit
